CS3 EXECUTIVE COACHING PROGRAM
Annual Program Includes: Implementation of Scaling Up and 3HAG WAY program and tools
- 6 Full-Days of strategy and planning – 2 Annual Planning days and 4 Quarterly days
- 8 Half-Day Monthly meetings in the first and second months of each quarter.
- Team Health – a half-day meeting using Pat Lencioni’s “Five Dysfunctions of a Team”
- SWOTT – Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats and Trends – half-day meeting with each company’s operational management team and future leaders
- Monthly 1:1 CEO executive coaching
CS3 CEO ROUNDTABLE PROGRAM

- Team Health – half-day meeting with each CEO’s executive team using Pat Lencioni’s “Five Dysfunctions of a Team”
- Quarterly 1:1 executive coaching call and report card
- Rewards and Consequences – Year-end awards celebration for CEO of the Year and Most-Improved CEO. Lowest performing CEO is cut from team annually (unless all CEOs perform at a level of 8 or better on a scale from 1 to 10)
