SWOTT – Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats and Trends – half-day meeting with each company’s operational management team and future leaders
Monthly 1:1 CEO executive coaching

Quarterly 1:1 executive coaching call and report card
Rewards and Consequences – Year-end awards celebration for CEO of the Year and Most-Improved CEO. Lowest performing CEO is cut from team annually (unless all CEOs perform at a level of 8 or better on a scale from 1 to 10)

Use of Metronome Growth Systems cloud-based platform for one-page strategic plan, scorecards, war room, meetings and priorities
